One of the biggest advantages of the NZE template is the scale-able pens.
There are 4 pen sets which each have a printing buddy. These 4 pen sets are for different scales.
The idea is that when you print at a different scale all the pens reduce/increase is size accordingly.
We have been very consistent with this using ISO standards. The table from page 30 of the ArchiCAD 18 NZE Template document highlights the scales/pen weights:
